Neighborhood Garlic

A little over a year ago we bought our house, I wanted to sneak onto the property before closing and get my garlic started but knowing I would be trespassing I fought my urge. To my surprise the neighbor had already planted some in the fall and we split the harvest, keeping a few heads for replanting this past fall. I can’t wait to add this into every dish possible this summer.
