I loved Tithonia Torch so planted a row just outside my porch hoping they would created some privacy. Mission accomplished. The deer browsed all but one plant and while those are shorter, they have many blooms. Monarchs and bumblebees on parade as of late September. Interestingly, the tallest Tithonia – 12 ft tall – has no blooms. The Torchs only get about 4 hrs of sun, but I keep them watered.
