Win garlic for planting with Doug Sunday

I’ll be joined by my radio partner and fellow Trib columnist Jessica Walliser Sunday Oct. 30, 2016 at three Giant Eagle Market District stores for our free monthly gardening and cooking demonstration.

We’ll be talking about “Beautiful Bulbs.” What to plant and how to have the best success with them. Then we’re cooking Triple Chocolate Pumpkin Bread for everyone to taste. We’ll be giving away lots of locally grown garlic to be planted, garden seeds and more. We’ve got 100 heads of garlic with five different varieties to raffle off. They can be planted right now. We’re at the Bethel Park GEMD at 9:30 a.m., the Waterworks store in Fox Chapel at 12 noon and Pine at 2:30 p.m. Hope to see you there.
