Pepper Pete’s Garden!

My neighbor (Pepper) Pete has transformed his entire yard into a garden for as long as I can remember. No matter what side of the house you are on, you are within arm’s reach of a planter full of vegetables, herbs and any other special plant he decides to include.

While Pete definitely has a wide variety of vegetables (that he always shares with us lucky neighbors), his bread and butter has always been PEPPERS! In years past, he has included upwards of 80+ varieties of peppers. This year, he scaled back to around 50 to make things more manageable. Everything that he harvests will either be shared among neighbors, family and friends — or made into one of his special pepper products. Most notable are his canned peppers and spices, or his world famous Pepper Pete’s Pepper Powder!
